At Job Jeanie we follow a structured recruitment methodology and screening process which is aimed at ensuring a speedy turnaround with a high success rate. We work closely with the clients to ensure accurate understanding of the job profile for which candidates are required. We do work towards knowing the organization ethos and work culture, specific job functions and reporting structure. This not only gives us clear understanding of the job description and the requisite skills set for the desired candidate but also helps in providing the most suitable fit.

Our Search Methodology

STEP 1

Understanding client business : Knowing you better helps us in understanding organizational structure, business practice, office culture and hierarchy better.

STEP 2

Understanding Job specific requirements : A better understanding of Job profile helps us in mapping the right candidature for the openings.

STEP 3

Targeted Search : With clear demarcation of expected capabilities for the job we perform target based resume search aimed at mapping right talent for the job.

STEP 4

Evaluation : Once we have shortlisted the resumes we evaluate each of them to find best match depending upon candidates skill set, work experience, professional culture and interests.

STEP 5

Interviews : For the most deserving candidates we coordinate with the client for face-to-face interviews. If desired by the client we do perform reference checks for the candidates as well.

STEP 6

Post selection follow up: Once the candidate is recruited and joins the organization we do a review with the client to measure client satisfaction along with productivity and continuity of the candidate.
